If you read my profile, this will be no shocker to you: I LOVE to laugh and laugh hard. And this morning I woke up still laughing over a Jimmy Dean customer service call my brother-in-law emailed my husband yesterday. Now, although this audio is HYSTERICAL I'll warn you that the language is really bad. Be sure not to listen to this with little ones around.

Oh my. They still sell the 16oz. Isn't likely that his store just doesn't stock the 16 oz. anymore? I love people who have never worked in the Customer Service Industry.
